GATHERING IS A PART OF WHO WE ARE.
HOW DO WE GATHER?
Following Jesus is something we were never meant to do alone – we get to do it together. The three main ways we gather together are Sunday Gatherings, Missional Communities, and DNA Groups.
WE USE THE WORD GATHER TO DESCRIBE THE MANY WAYS WE COME TOGETHER.
Our Sunday gatherings are a place where we encounter the glory of God together. We do this through prayer and fellowship, singing, and listening to truth preached from scripture. These gatherings play a vital role in placing the Word of God at the center of our lives both personally and corporately. As a church it is a time that we are encouraged, challenged, refreshed and ultimately sent out from into our everyday lives.
City Groups often gather in homes, around a meal. These small groups study God’s Word together, pray together, serve our community together, and support each other. Community is a core value at Bedrock, and this is how we put it into practice.
We believe that these smaller groups play a crucial role in fostering an environment where discipleship naturally happens. Our desire is that through more intentional relationships you will be able to discover the Word of God together, discuss how it is transforming our hearts and apply it to your life through action. These are gender specific groups that are made up of three or four people and most often formed out of missional communities.
